The NEW you 6 week challenge

The New You Challenge was created to show what’s possible in 6 weeks when the right people get the right coaching, meal plan and support. Hundreds of thousands of people all around the world have completed this program and transformed their lives.

​As a challenge participant you will receive instructor led workouts three days per week, a customized nutrition plan, and an app to track your progress. You’ll also be placed in a group of like minded individuals during your journey who will push you, motivate you, and inspire you to be the best version of you!

My challenge experience -
1. Four days after I quit drinking coffee, my anxiety went down 95%
2. Two weeks after that, my doc lowered my dosage of anxiety meds and said I may not even need it a few months from now
3. I no longer crave bread, sugar or chips and don't eat past 6:30pm
4. I have noticed by body reshaping itself and becoming stronger each week
5. I feel proud of myself and know I have a long way to go so I am going to keep my ego checked at the door😉
