The New You Challenge was created to show what’s possible in 6 weeks when the right people get the right coaching, meal plan and support. Hundreds of thousands of people all around the world have completed this program and transformed their lives.
As a challenge participant you will receive instructor led workouts three days per week, a customized nutrition plan, and an app to track your progress. You’ll also be placed in a group of like minded individuals during your journey who will push you, motivate you, and inspire you to be the best version of you!
