My challenge experience
1. Four days after I quit drinking coffee, my anxiety went down 95%
2. Two weeks after that, my doc lowered my dosage of anxiety meds and said I may not even need it a few months from now
3. I no longer crave bread, sugar or chips and don't eat past 6:30pm
4. I have noticed by body reshaping itself and becoming stronger each week
5. I feel proud of myself and know I have a long way to go so I am going to keep my ego checked at the door😉
